Terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of FMC TELCO doo are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act ( ZVPot ), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e- business.

The online store (hereinafter the "online store") is managed by FMC TELCO doo as a provider of e-business services (hereinafter the "provider"). When registering in the online store system, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his email address and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the entered data.

The general conditions of cooperation deal with the operation of the online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the business buyer (B2B), hereinafter referred to as the "consumer".


Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • company identity (company name and registered office, register number),
  • contact information that allows the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, +386 (0)59 209 300),
  • essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
  • product availability (every product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
  • conditions of product delivery or service performance (method, place and deadline of delivery),
  • all prices must be clearly and unequivocally specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
  • method of payment and delivery,
  • time validity of the offer,
  • the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
  • explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.


Offer of articles

Due to the nature of doing business via the World Wide Web, the offer of the online store is updated and changed frequently and quickly.

The prices are presented as regular prices and reduced prices with a valid contract that the buyer has concluded with the seller. Regular prices are usually the manufacturer's or importer's recommended selling prices or prices that the provider himself creates.



FMC TELCO doo is not responsible for disruptions in the course of the service, which are the result of the actions of the user (e.g. a computer infected with viruses) or of the route providers or of the infrastructure used by the online store service (e.g. outage of the internet).


Obligation of responsibility

The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item.

The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions about articles written by visitors. The provider of the opinion reviews before publication and rejects those that contain obvious falsehoods, are misleading or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and disclaims any responsibility arising from the information in the opinions.

Although the provider tries to provide accurate photos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features.


The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the articles unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. The consumer is responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The provider does not guarantee that the order can be successfully stopped or cancelled. Partial cancellation of the order is not possible.


Return of goods

The buyer's right to withdraw from the contract

  1. The buyer (hereinafter also: the consumer) has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of taking over the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.
  2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must give an unequivocal statement through one of the following options

about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, the consumer can also optionally use the Form for withdrawing from the contract.

  1. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract (notice of withdrawal from the contract) begins the day after the date of acceptance of the goods ("when the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or acquires them on behalf of the consumer by a third party who is not the carrier and is designated for this purpose by the consumer" or when contract regarding the delivery of goods consisting of several shipments or pieces: "when the consumer acquires physical possession of the last shipment or piece of goods or acquires it on behalf of the consumer by a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer for this purpose").
  2. In order for the deadline for withdrawal from the contract to be taken into account, it is sufficient that the notification regarding the exercise of the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from the contract.
  3. With the return form attached to the shipment, the buyer can return the product/goods free of charge through Pošta Slovenije doo. The buyer can also order a return form at the email address [email protected] . If the buyer does not return the product/goods using the form via Pošta Slovenije, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. In the case of personal collection of the goods, the buyer delivers or sends the goods back to the provider at his own expense.
  4. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
  5. The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The customer can return the products by mail to the company's address. It is also possible to make a return in person at the same address, every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  6. The buyer must return the received products undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product is damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. The consumer is only responsible for the reduced value of the goods due to handling of the goods, which is not absolutely necessary to determine its nature, properties and functioning. If the buyer may have already started using the product or if he has already opened and assembled the individual components of the products, withdrawal from the contract is not possible. The manufacturer of the product also prescribes its original packaging (in accordance with Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Act). Since the packaging is an integral part of the product, it must also be attached, namely in the same condition as it was at the time the product was received (that is, undamaged and in an unchanged quantity).
  7. The possibility of withdrawing from the contract does not apply to products/goods that are manufactured according to the exact instructions of the buyer or consumer and adapted to his personal needs.
  8. If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the provider will reimburse him without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to choosing a type of delivery that is not the most affordable standard offered form of delivery by the company). Thus, FMC TELCO makes the refund using the same means of payment as was used in the execution of the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed (the consumer indicated the use of a different means of payment) or if, due to its nature, payment cannot be provided with the same means of payment. FMC TELCO may withhold payment in the cases and within the time limits set by the Consumer Protection Act.
  9. For each return, in addition to the product, it is necessary to submit a properly and completely completed Return Form and a return label or a copy of the invoice.


Complaints and disputes

FMC TELCO doo complies with the applicable legislation on consumer protection. It also tries its best to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact +386 (0)59 209 300 or by e-mail. The complaints procedure is available on the website, easy to use and confidential.

Within five working days, the provider will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

The provider is aware that an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.



The online price applies to all members of the online store. Everyone becomes a member by registering in the online store. All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the status of the order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.


Errors, exchange, return of products

A consumer in this chapter is a buyer (business user) who acquires or uses products for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity. In the other chapters, the term "customer" includes both the customer and the consumer.

If the delivered products differ from the ordered products (delivery of wrong products), the buyer or consumer returns the delivered products and the provider will replace them with suitable ones free of charge. The provider also covers the costs of returning the originally delivered products. Products originally delivered can only be returned in their original packaging.

If the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of defective products), the buyer must notify the provider within eight days from the date of receipt of the product. If the defect could not be noticed during a normal inspection upon receipt (hidden defect), the buyer must inform FMC TELCO FMC TELCO doo about it within eight days from the day he noticed the defect, otherwise he loses this right. FMC TELCO doo is not responsible for defects that appear after six months have passed since the product was delivered.

Consumer or the buyer must describe the error more precisely in the error notification and allow FMC TELCO doo to inspect the item.

The consumer or buyer, who has informed the provider in time and correctly about the defect, has the right to enforce the warranty within the defined warranty period and to demand that the seller:

  • fix a defect in the product or
  • refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the error or
  • replaces the defective product with a new flawless product or
  • returns the amount paid.

In any case, the consumer has the buyer also has the right to demand compensation from the provider for damages, and in particular reimbursement for the costs of materials, replacement products, work, transfer and transportation of products, which arise as a result of fulfilling the obligations from the previous paragraph.



The products have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or on the invoice. The guarantee is valid if the instructions on the guarantee sheet are followed and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoice.

Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the product does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

Delivery via Pošta Slovenije

If, despite our efforts, it happened that you received a damaged package, you can file a compensation procedure with Pošta Slovenije. You do this by bringing the shipment (packaging + contents) to the post office as soon as you notice the damage or looted shipment, no later than within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill in the Record of Damaged Shipment, which you must also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to Pošta Slovenije. The request at Pošta Slovenije is processed by a commission and based on the answer or approval, the purchase price is refunded or a new item is ordered. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will ensure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time.

All prices include VAT (Order confirmation)

If the provider will not be able to fulfill his obligation because the goods will not be available, he will inform the buyer about this and they will agree on the further procedure.

In the event that the provider removes the ordered products on time, he is not responsible for the contractual contractor's overdue delivery period. Delivery is made to the address specified by the user during registration or ordering. In the event that no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the shipment's arrival or about the attempt to hand over the goods.


Payment methods


You will receive the invoice in pdf format at [email protected] and the original upon delivery. You can settle the order by paying a pre-invoice or an invoice - depending on the customer's credit rating.

The purchase agreement (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server.

Cash in Advance

When choosing to pay by advance invoice, you will pay for the ordered goods with a general payment order BN 02. The easiest and fastest way to make the payment is in your online bank (Klik, Abanet , Bank@Net ...), but you can also pay at any bank or post office in Slovenia.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user's data be given to unauthorized persons. The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files that are downloaded to your computer by a web server. Cookies do not contain any information that could identify you. With the help of cookies, the server knows that you have returned to the online store, which we can use to our advantage to adapt the website to the user.
